Vintage 1950s mid-century 1 carat Old European Cut diamond solitaire
A stunning 1 carat Old European Cut diamond solitaire in a smart setting from the 1950s. The diamond pre-dates the mounting by a few decades, bearing the signature marks of an "Old Euro" diamond and absolutely dazzling with an unhurried, sensual sparkle. The diamond is elevated in a square basket setting with classic fishtail corner prongs and framed by a pair of single cut diamonds. The basket has sweeping, low-cut sides that allow for a beautiful view of the diamond from every angle. Subtle knife-edge shoulders and modeled in 18K white gold. This would pair beautifully with a variety of wedding bands.

Shipping
Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.
International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
