Antique 1910s 1.32 carat I1/Fancy Light Brownish Yellow Old Mine Cut solitaire engagement ring
A firefly to glow forever on your hand! This Old Mine Cut diamond is 1.32 carat and graded "Fancy Light Brownish Yellow" by GIA. The sawyer who cut this stone over a century ago took care to maximize its unique color and sparkling brilliance. The large culet - clearly visible as a dark "dot" even at a distance - reminds us that this diamond was cut generations ago, when no two diamonds were quite alike. The cut is voluptuous and the stone is effervescent. The fluttering, high-contrast brilliance is balanced by the warm-bodied calm of the stone. It is absolutely captivating. Held with six prongs in a minimal, antique 14K rose gold mounting. Pairs beautifully with a number of wedding bands.

Shipping
Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.
International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
