Antique 10K Victorian St. Peter's Square Italian micromosaic pendant necklace
An antique Italian micro mosaic depicting St. Peter's Square in Vatican City. A great example of Italian craftsmanship, this piece - originally a stickpin and converted by us - was likely purchased a souvenir in the early 20th century. The scene is hand-set with tiny (tiny!) colored glass pieces creating the scene of the square, complete with colonnades, fountains, and the ancient obelisk. All original tessera intact! Vibrant color against a faux onyx (French jet) background. There is an old, inactive crack along the back and sides of the jet, carefully repaired by us prior to conversion. This piece is ready to be worn! We will ship with a gold fill chain.

Shipping
Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.
International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
