Antique Art Deco 1920s 14K synthetic ruby hexagon cut filigree ring ✶ SALE ✶

A 1930s 14K filigree ring with four, shapely synthetic rubies set in a grid with a diamond center. The perky pink, hexagon cut rubies are seamlessly set in the rectangular face of the cocktail ring. This style of "fancy cut," colorful gemstone jewelry was very popular in the 1920 and 1930s (see second to last photograph!). Synthetic rubies were often used, even by top-tier companies, to keep costs low and colors consistent. The lacy, white gold filigree mounting has shell-shaped details at the shoulders, milgrain trim, and decorative patterns up the shank. A single cut diamond is set in a rotated square at the center of the face. A very finely crafted ring and a great example of Art Deco gemstone jewelry!

Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.

International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
