Antique 1920s Egyptian Revival enamel sarcophagus locket

An Art Deco Egyptian Revival sarcophagus charm locket with bright enamel details. The charm is cast with great detail on the coffin, especially the chest (we can see the outline of the Goddess Isis) and the verso. Red, teal, blue, green, and white enamel are all wonderfully preserved as well as rough hieroglyphs on the sides of the charm. A tab at the base hinges the charm open to reveal a compartment where a tiny mummy once lived (he probably fell out long ago). The interior of the coffin has more exceptional details. Closes securely. Includes a silver chain.

Shipping

Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.

International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
