Vintage Art Moderne 1930s 14K .55 carat Old European Cut diamond engagement ring
A late 1930s or early 1940s two-tone diamond solitaire engagement ring with a snappy .55 carat Old European Cut in detailed head. The mounting is smartly built and classic to this time period, when yellow gold enjoyed a resurgence in popularity in bridal designs. This diamond has a beautiful crown, charming faceting and an open culet. It is set in a square head with fishtail prongs. The shoulders are etched in such a way as to suggest the presence of flanking diamonds. The head and shoulders are 14K white gold, which compliments and enhances the bright sparkle of the diamond. Low profile and slim shank. This ring pairs quite seamlessly with a variety of wedding bands.

Shipping
Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.
International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
