Antique Art Deco 1930s 18K .40 carat Old European Cut diamond engagement ring

A classic Art Deco engagement ring with an Old European Cut diamond tucked in a filigree setting. The .40 carat stone is seamlessly set in an octagonal head and the mounting is a showstopper. Cutaway (hand-sawn!) details create an intricate, weblike backdrop for the diamond. The shapes created in the negative space (like the triangles to the east and west of the head) allow for light/dark contrast across the white gold, which we love! Orange blossom and ribbon-like details up the shoulders and around the gallery are a total delight. Comes with a jewelry appraisal for insurance/replacement. Fully sizable.

Shipping

Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.

International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
