Vintage Retro 1940s platinum pavé set diamond earrings 1.60 CTW
A pair of mid-century platinum and diamond earrings fit for Jackie O.! Each earring is pavé set with thirty old cut diamonds in a flower and cornucopia motif. This style of dense and stylized diamond encrusted earrings became popular during the 1930s and were classic, go-to earrings for little-black-dress engagements through the 1960s. I believe that these date to the Late Deco period and were once clip backs, converted at some point to posts - and thankfully so! These look great in a variety of orientations on the lobe, which is possible with a pierced back. Stunning sparkle in a compact design. Excellent condition.
Measurements: 6.3 grams, 14mm x 21.2mm (just under 1")
Diamond details: (18) Old European Cut diamonds, .90 CTW and (42) round single cut diamonds, .70 CTW, VS-VVS/G-H

Shipping
Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.
International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
