Antique 1880s Victorian sterling wide cuff bracelet with abstract motif

A late 19th century sterling silver hinged bracelet with a raised, cushion-like motif running like tire tracks. This style of substantial silver bracelet - almost always uniform in width and highly decorative - is typical of the Late Victorian period. A wide range of design themes are possible within the style, including abstract, aesthetic, and even trompe l'oeil! This bracelet is most 150 years old but it looks like it could have been produced by a contemporary workshop. The bracelet has two panels, one (back) is plain and the other (front) is decorative. Hinges open and closes with a nice "snap." Full British hallmarks. Original safety chain.

Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.

International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
