Antique Victorian "10-12-04" 1900s 14K yellow gold wedding band or stacking ring

A 14K yellow gold wedding band from the early 1900s. This band was made by J.R. Wood & Sons, a company with a long history out of Brooklyn, NY. Gold wedding bands from the turn-of-the-century are often plump with a somewhat lavish gold-to-size ratio.   That is the case here, with 4.4 grams of gold in a size 7 ring. The fit is decadent and the condition for a 120 year old ring is sublime. This ring was exchanged on October 12th, 1904, although the initials of the couple - lovingly engraved inside the band - are quite worn.

Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.

International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
