Antique 1920s Art Deco hand engraved 18K onyx dress ring

A compact and richly detailed Art Deco onyx dress ring with a hand engraved 18K mounting that includes an unusual "cage" over the gemstone. The mounting is entirely hand engraved with split leaf motifs up the shoulders and around the rectangular frame and free-hand chasing/milgraining on the interior "X." A chunky little diamond (huge culet!) is set at the center of the onyx in a lozenge-shaped head. The way the onyx appears segmented is marvelous! A small size currently, but easily sized up upon request.

Shipping

Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.

International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
