Vintage 14K 1940s 1.00 carat VS2/N-P Round Brilliant Cut diamond ring
A 1.00 carat diamond solitaire ring in a ravishing and substantial belcher setting. The belcher style is characterized by a low profile (stones are usually flush set) and a setting style that sees the prongs shaped right out of the mounting itself. The ring is hewn from one solid piece of gold! The shapely "petals" that form out of the curved, negative space between the prongs frames the diamond in a unique way. The diamond is 1.00 on the nose and gorgeous clarity (VS2) with a wam body. The setting pre-dates the diamond by several decades but the pairing is heavenly!

Shipping
Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.
International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
