Vintage Art Deco Revival 1950s 14K filigree amethyst cocktail ring
A mid-century amethyst cocktail ring with enamel details in 14K white gold. The amethyst is 9 carats, a whopping 14 x 12.5mm brilliant cut rectangular stone. It is set in a four-prong basket head with pretty filigree details around the sides. Blue and green enamel accents trim the gallery and make little tulip shapes up the shoulders. The ring is marked for the J.J. White Manufacturing Co., a jeweler in business from the late 1800s to around 1950. They made marvelous cocktail rings beginning in the 1920s and 1930, although I believe that this one dates to the latter part of their tenure. Their rings were die struck, which makes them incredible durable. A beautiful and bold bit of American jewelry manufacturing history!

Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.
International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
