Antique 1930 French Art Deco baby mesh sautoir with confetti spheres

A VERY RARE Art Deco ca. 1930 French goldtone mesh sautoir with spherical "confetti" bead stations. This style of necklace was unique to European (particularly French) manufactured jewelry during this period and I have never seen a sautoir OR a goldstone mesh (always clasped pieces or silver tone materials). The mesh here is light-as-bubbles, the "baby" mesh type that is extra, extra fine and ribbonesque. The sautoir has five hammered-bead stations painted with red, blue, and green "confetti" colors. Outstanding, near-mint condition. A prized addition to an Art Deco collection!

Shipping

Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.

International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
