Vintage Art Deco 1930s .70 carat VS2/K Old European Cut diamond solitaire engagement ring
A .70 carat Old European Cut 1930s engagement ring with a exceptionally pretty 18K white gold mounting. The diamond has very pretty proportions and the tell-tale open culet of old cut stones. The filigree detail is marvelous, with floral, leaf, and bow motifs weaving up the shoulders and around the gallery. The more you look, the more details you see! For example, the tails of the "ribbon" bows around the head extend around the gallery and continue down the shoulders, criss-crossing until they reach the lower shank. The octagonal head has milgrain details and thin cutaways on each of the long sides, adding linear details and lightness. A gorgeous Art Deco ring.

Shipping
Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.
International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
