Antique 1920s 14K Polish sapphire and rose cut diamond ring
A 1920s Polish gold, sapphire and diamond dress ring. With an assay mark indicating manufacture between 1920 and 1931, this ring dates to the interwar period in Poland's history, or the interbellum period. The ring has a simple and beautiful design, with a yellow gold body and white gold, tulip-shaped inset shoulders. Each tulip is set with a roughly-cut diamond and the center features a blue sapphire cabochon - an early example of synthetic corrundum. The shank has slice-through details and we see two letters, a "K" and an "S" inside the shank of the ring. A beautiful ring that somehow survived WWII and lives to celebrate its 100th birthday this decade.

Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.
International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
