Antique 1900s Austro-Hungarian paste and enamel drop earrings

A colorful pair of Austro-Hungarian earrings with simulated ruby pastes and enamel accents. The earrings are done in Neo-Renaissance or Renaissance Revival style, an aesthetic movement popular in the German and Austro-Hungarian empires around the turn of the century. Jewelers working in this style made jewelry and objects in the style of the 16th century, making use of enamel and bright gemstones. These earrings have tiers of stone and enamel work in a rosette mounting. All stones in excellent condition and darling black/white enamel work. Excellent condition and super wearable!
