Antique 1920s Art Deco 1.00 carat SI1/I Old European Cut diamond engagement ring
A platinum engagement ring set with a 1.00 carat Old European Cut diamond in a sumptuous, diamond-packed Art Deco mounting. The primary diamond is set with corner prongs in a square head, lifted ever so slightly above the rest of the face. The surrounding diamonds - fourteen single cut rounds and straight baguettes - are pavé set across a hand-sawn landscape of shapes and curves. The design is elaborate but compact, with hand engraved details leading down the shoulders to the shank. This ring was made on the East Coast of the United States during the 1920s-1930s and is clearly marked for Silverman Brothers. A lovely and low-profile engagement ring!
Measurements: Size 8 1/4 US, 4.8 grams. This ring may be sized for $75.
Diamond details: (1) 1.00 carat OEC diamond, SI1/I, 6.45-6.55/3.85mm and (12) single cut diamonds, .20 CTW, and (2) straight baguette diamonds, .16 CTW.

Shipping
Domestic: In-stock items ship within three days of purchase (usually within two!) via USPS. Our default is USPS Priority Mail unless your purchase is over $1,000, in which case we require USPS Express Mail + signature confirmation. Insurance is included with all domestic purchases.
International: Default shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail unless the value of the parcel is $400 or more, in which case we default to USPS Priority Mail International shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Insurance for international orders is available upon request and for an added fee.
